As of 1 July 2021 the specialist in insuring consumer electronics Harmony and leading online retailer Mobiel.nl have started an intensive collaboration. Mobiel.nl is the place where customers can make a smart choice for a new smartphone, subscription with smartphone or sim-only subscription. By adding the Harmony insurances to their assortment, Mobiel.nl ensures that their customers have the choice to have their purchases fully insured immediately.
Harmony and Mobiel.nl, join forces to take care of the online customer completely. This cooperation strengthens the position of both Harmony and Mobiel.nl in the online telecom market.
Complete service
Through this cooperation, online customers can now insure their smartphone via Mobiel.nl thanks to a Smart Insurance with Complete or Complete Plus coverage. Within two steps, the online customer is directly insured against damage and possibly theft. Harmony takes care of the whole claim process and an online customer environment is made available for the insured. At any time, the insured can view or change the policy. Or directly file a damage or theft claim.
