Phone House and Harmony join forces
As of January 2022, the best retail chain in the category Telecom: Phone House and specialist in insuring consumer electronics Harmony have started an extensive collaboration. Under the brand ‘Zeker’ they will jointly offer an insurance solution for smartphones, among other things. Phone House knows everything about connecting people and smart solutions for at home and on the go, while Harmony is the specialist in consumer electronics insurance. Together they offer consumers security when using their smartphones at home and on the road.
Harmony, exclusive insurance partner of Phone House
In 2021, a successful pilot was run at a small number of stores. As a result of the success of the pilot, it was decided at the end of 2021 to roll out the insurance proposition to all of the 82 Phone House stores. This was the reason for partner support of Phone House and the commercial team of Harmony to raise their glasses together to a fruitful partnership.

Consumers stay connected
The various insurances are offered at Phone House under the name Zeker. The customer is insured against damage and, optionally, theft. With My Harmony, the online customer environment, customers are completely unburdened. The insured policy can be viewed or changed at any time of the day. Making a claim has never been easier. This way the customer gets the best possible customer experience.
