Van Herck is Harmony’s new Commercial Director
Growth necessitates reinforcement
Jef Van Herck has been appointed Harmony’s new Commercial Director. The company has been a specialist in consumer electronics, for both retail and the business market, for over twenty years. After positive results in 2021, healthy growth is expected in the coming year too.
Van Herck (39), who is from Belgium, previously held management roles in the retail and insurance sector. He worked as Harmony’s Head of Business Development in recent years.
“We entered into several major partnerships in 2021, which significantly contributed to results. We expect to grow by about 30% this year too.” Expanding Harmony’s current board is a logical step to steer this growth in the right direction.

Van Herck will focus on support and supportive leadership in his new role. “I find it all the more important to remain true to our values in the current challenging market. I am committed to keeping consumers even more connected. I will ensure our online processes, in which we have made huge investments in recent years, serve our partners and clients even better.
We offer 24/7 support, we will expand our distribution channels, and Harmony will also develop a stronger international profile”, says Van Herck. “In short, it promises to be a busy and challenging time, but I am counting on it being an enjoyable time too!”
